Cercle Royal Concorde Philotaxe, is a distinguished circle of friends from Antwerp. Besides club life with some 80 activities per year, the Cercle offers its 230 members a meeting place (Hotel Jussiant) with meeting rooms, bar, relaxation areas.
The project team, consisting of an Accountant and Private Banker (Compliance Officer), was looking for an integrated solution to automate their secretariat.

"With Klubs, for about 3 years now, we have an extremely complete solution for our digitization and optimization of our operation.
And this replaces about 10 tools we used to use. Klubs is also integrated with our accounting system and this results in great time savings for our secretariat.
Klubs is our only operational tool, with full administrative integration.
Follow-up finances (monthly Invoicing with grouping of charging activities and bar consumptions) and accounting integration (also VAT), communication tool, workflow. Additional some custom add-ons: Bars (for follow-up consumptions) and Locations (reservation salons in their own club location)."
