With the Cercle de la Société Littéraire de Liège, not only a very prestigious reference, but also the digitization of one of the oldest associations, founded in 1779.
This association, rich in a long history and with an iconic building, enjoys a wide network of nearly 1,000 members, many of whom hold on to their traditions.
Implementation of the Klubs system required a deep understanding of these specifics and established practices.
In particular, with specific requirements regarding manners:
- the registration of family memberships under the surname ("Mr. and Mrs.");
- the detailed management of title, first name, prefixes and surname;
- the organization of members based on the main component of their surname (e.g., Noordwijk, van der; Harenne, de).The complexity of the membership, with its family memberships and the precision required by members who are attached to their manners, posed considerable challenges.
The result is a fully integrated interface in Molière's language, which went live in a remarkably short time of a month.
